Jack, I'm not able to reproduce the counter output ( https://casper.berkeley.edu/wiki/File:Counter_sim.png) or the Adder Output ( https://casper.berkeley.edu/wiki/File:Adder_sim.png). Instead of those two, I get a line at 0 for the counter output and then just an empty set of axes for the adder output.
