Hi Jeb, The PYNQ sd card image is V2.5(*ZCU111 v2.5 PYNQ image* <http://bit.ly/2IxS4mC>), and the vivado version is 2018.3.
If you use vivado2019.1 or vivado2019.2, you may need to make some changes in ./mlib_devel/jasper_library/hdl_sources/infrastructure/zcu111.tcl. In line23, it's "set scripts_vivado_version 2018.3", and you need to change it to the version of your vivado.
