I'd strip the wizard down to choose whether to create a separate test
project and adding the required assembly references. That's a mindless
task perfect for automatization.

Last time I did it, setting up an MR project was a PITA taking me a
full afternoon murmuring curses and swears. Not that I even took time
for a test project...
