To add to the discussion on JIRA studio, I have been having a hard time
trying to get our data into JIRA studio:

* The SOAP and REST APIs only allow you to do what can be done from the UI,
so you cannot choose the issue key or created time.
* The CSV importer is very limited and it also doesn't allow specifying the
issue key, however I could make dummy ones and delete those later.
* I cannot get direct access to the database to importer the data.

I am going to spend some more time looking at the CSV importer, but I
couldn't see any way of importing attachments. Importing comments with the
CSV importer is also pretty convoluted.

Atlassian haven't made it easy to get your existing data into JIRA studio,
which is disappointing. I will keep everyone posted on my slow progress.
