Because that would cause problems when hovering many of these things, plus, what if the window is too small to cater for the full size of a non-dispositioning hover box? Further, what would happen if you want to mark some text in the box that comes up? How would you do that?

I understand that you want to show a small description about the project but I would instead do that on the right hand site with hovering So I would move the download links under each project heading and then on the right handside display the project short description, and if I click on the project heading I would navigate to the documentation page, what do you think?
