um.. because we shouldn't be telling our users what tool they need to
use to open a supposed standard file format.

WinZip is (de facto, barring new work from PKWare) the cannonical
reader of Zip file.  If it cannot read a ZIP file, it should be
assumed that the problem is with the file, not with WinZip.

This is essentially the argument between SEA & PKWare over ARC files
that led to the creation of ZIPs in the first place.
