BTW,
if no one objects, I will approach merging the assemblies during this
weekend:
- Castle.DynamicProxy will be merged into Castle.Core
- Castle.MicroKernel will be merged into Castle.Windsor
- parts of Castle.Core that are targetted at IoC will be moved to
Castle.Windsor

which will be increased at position x with every milestone release,
going to 3.0.100x for Alpha etc. until 3.0.400x for RTM.
My goal is to allow users to use current trunks of all major castle
projects (MR, IOC and AR) and as much components and facilities as
possible.
