Well yes - but the profile of Core changed. Now parts of it that were Windsor/MK specific were moved to Windsor assembly.
also DynamicProxy is now major part of it. As such since last version of DP was 2.2 I think it is reasonable to up it to 2.5 since what most people would be interested in is DP anyway.
