Hi Norval,

Based on your sample files, I added some patches to the MappingTool to
allow the mapping file generated to be compatible with the decsciptors.

The generated mapping file seems to work properly now...however I had to
change the simple.xml file to use "T_Container" as the element name
instead of "Container" since that's how your schema specifies it.
