I actually just ran across this roblem, and am interested in knowing
what exactly isn't working. Are you getting a stack trace? Or is it
just not saving to the database? (sorry if you posted it before, but
cant seem to find the original thread)

I had a kludgy hack in my code before in order to get it to work, but
decided on a safer route to get around it (it was
working...well....kinda...). In my situation it was easy enough to
simply supply a string representation of the object and that was used
as the key, but was still decriptive so I knew what it was.
