I got it at Catalina Direct: http://www.catalinadirect.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=930 .
I also bought a couple of sail track stops, one for above and one below the slide, from WM:
http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/producte/10001/-1/10001/72099/0/0/sail%20track/All_2/mode%20matchallpartial/15/0

Hope this helps.

That sounds like a great solution.  Where did you find the gooseneck?

Mine were frozen, too, and I did exactly that: drilled them out. Then  I installed an adjustable (sliding) gooseneck. It makes life much easier.

Well, as in most sailing and boat ownership issues, one question or problem leads to another ...

Raising the boom was going to be my first solution. The gooseneck fitting is completely frozen ... ain't going nowhere short of drilling out the screws and retapping. Unless, of course, someone has a bright idea on that subject.
