John, Try a store called Catalina Direct. Not a factory store, they're independent but deal almost exclusively with Catalina owner's needs. They very likely can solve the problem. I'd sure check the sheaves that are up there now. Phil may be right about them being oversized, but I would check before ordering. FYI.. They offer two different sheaves One has ball bearings the other is Solid plastic. See page two of the "running rigging" page. I got the Solid. I wish now I'd ordered the Ball bearing type..
