All outlets on a boat need to be GFCI protected, regardless of whether your 
marina's connections are.  You can get a GFCI circuit breaker if the outlets 
are on the same circuit - and if they are wired properly, you can install a 
GFCI outlet in the first outlet in the string (closest to the power source).  
If you don't have a CB in your shore power system you should have that as well 
- and it should break both sides of the circuit, not just one like many 
residential breakers do.
