Hello, I'm pretty sure the exhaust blower for my engine compartment has died. Since I have a diesel, it's not imperative that I have one to clear out the fumes; I only use it to keep the heat down inside when running the engine. I seem to recall a discussion about replacing the blower with an industrial strength PC type fan. Something about the power consumption and quietness made it very appropriate for running on the boat.
Any thoughts/comments on this idea? Bob Mann
