It is a Garhauer traveler with cam cleats at each end of the traveler.

Art, Steve says he uses cam cleats. What kind of cleats do you use? And just where are they located? Steve, where do you locate cam cleats? Have either of you added additional blocking to the riser under the track?

Yep, this is the way I set my traveler up. The setup is
simple enough. Just
connect each end of the line to the appropriate end of the
car. If your
traveler has a 4:1 purchase, you'll need line 4 times
the length of the
width of the traveler, plus a few extra feet for slack. I
can release and
set either side from either side of the cockpit. Beats
spewing all kinds of
line every time the traveler is adjusted up or down.
