---------------------------------------------------------------------- Message: 1 On behalf of the CLA Conference planning team: Based on suggestions from our 40 or so planning team members, we have developed a potential list of both preconference and fun activities for Sacramento in November. We would like your help in assessing the viability of these ideas, as well as in gathering additional suggestions. For preconferences, we will probably narrow down to 4-6 topics. We are hoping that one or more of the topics appeal to you enough that you might come one day early and/or be willing to pay a nominal extra amount for these sessions. Last year?s member rates were $45 for a half-day or $70 for full day ? some preconferences are also sponsored and therefore free! For fun events, there might (or might not) also be a comparable charge and they might take place during the day on Thursday, or possibly on Sunday after the conference.
