The classic 2/3 column layouts have become a bit out-of-fashion
recently which
is why I decided against using them (which doesn't mean they don't
make sense
anymore). Besides, I don't see that many sub-navigation points for
the Catalyst
site ...
I agree with the out-of-fashion 2/3 column layout but that wasn't the
point I was referring to.
When I first saw your mock up I thought that this will be the final
width. And the space around that page will be filled with a nice
background (like ajaxian :) )...
