------------
12/29: 2 PURPLE FINCHES were at a feeder in Hastings
1/03: 33 TUNDRA SWANS were seen on Oneida Lake in Brewerton.
Oneida County
------------
12/30: a Light Phase ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK was seen near Sangertown.
1/04: A COMMON RAVEN was seen near a residence in Clinton.
Madison County
------------
1/01: The Oneida Christmas Count produced 52 species. Highlights were:
ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK, SCREECH OWL, GREAT HORNED OWL, KINGFISHER, and PURPLE FINCH.
1/03: 3 LAPLAND LONGSPURS were found in fields near DeRuyter.
Jefferson County

12/31: 5 species of raptor were seen in the Cape Vincent area including 11
ROUGH-LEGGED HAWKS (1 Dark Morph) . Also seen were 10 LAPLAND LONGSPURS in with
the SNOW BUNTINGS and HORNED LARKS.
Onondaga County
------------
1/02: A GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE was seen on Skaneateles Lake near the
village.
