I stopped by Goetchius Wetland Presreve this morning (4/18) on my way to work and did not see this bird. Hopefully, this is an indication that the bird was successfully rescued.
There was a nice pair of COMMON MERGANSERS close to the road and the drainage pipe that might have snared the loon.
