thanks for the reply well the question is from narbik's wb ... he didnt
allocate any % to class-default so wanted a brief explaination why we dont
allocate any % to class-default ...

Not sure I understand the question. If you are not given a value for
class-default then I would not put one. If you are told to give it the
remaining then you can use subtract the others as you have done to get 10. What
Lab/Volume task is this from?
