Your method for sleep and study should remain constant. If you take ambien and 
do practice labs and you are fine then that's cool. if you are trying something 
new you should do it before the big day and give plenty of time for sufficient 
evaluation- how are you during practice labs, do you feel ok or a bit off etc.

10 days cutting it close, not sure you want to experiment this close to d day. 
When I need to get to sleep I take a HOT shower. Your body temp changes and 
your body changes to fight it and makes you drowsy. Ever gone in a hot tub for 
15 mins got out and felt sleepy? That's what I'm talking about. Take a hot bath 
and soak and pre brush your teeth so you go from tub dry off to bed.

When I'm nervous that's how I roll.
