Excellent job with your excellent attitude David. I have NEVER heard of them 
"dropping the ball" in that particular fashion. 

Sounds to me like you have an excellent attitude, and excellent experience 
under your belt for a successful round 2.

Well, after about a week of waiting and getting my case escalated several 
times, I finally got some answers. It seems the configs were lost for all of 
the config sections for everyone who took the exam in RTP that day, but I was 
assured that the problem was isolated and they are certain it won't happen 
again.

I asked about the results for the TS section and was told I got a 
680-something. So, I guess it's a moot point for me after all. 

It's been a very trying week ... time to focus on round 2.
