If you look at IPX's page, they have updated it to show that it will still ship 
in December.  I'll check with my rep as I'm waiting as well.

I am personally practicing all v3 questions till I see the new v4 IPX or INE 
labs. This is just to stay in touch with what I have learned since it is so 
easy to forget about it…

Somewhere on this link I found out that IPX will be out sometime next year by 
the end of April.
