The problem I see in the delay is that v4 rack is not cheap to make. We
calculated the cost for a complete rack and it turns out to be near 30,000
$ . Unlike v3 where a lot activity wa possible on gns3 and pemu. From
hardware wise it wasn't that expensive as well. But now the vendors have to
prepare multiple new racks at a high cost. I haven't seen any training
vendor to e out with their new training material even though the blue print
was announced more than six months.
