Now, about the vouchers. We are in a process of converting old
vouchers to new ones and valid 8-hour vouchers will be replaced with
the appropriate number of 4-hour long ones. This is a process that
will take some time, as we literally have tens of thousands to go
through. I included our support in CC here and they will reach out to
you to see if we can speed up the process, should you need them
urgently (today and tomorrow).
