Hello Adil, So to be honest I didn't actually define a second ASA in Qemu, I just added it to the map. Both ASA's work great so I personally I don't think you should have an issue getting all 4 up and running. I also used the same activation-key for both of my firewalls. ASA1 and ASA2 in my diagram are running 8.0.2...
