  This is another mothod of connecting ccm/cme, via ipipgw
   
  i did the excercise b4. i guess what they want to achieve is cm to hqrt via 
h323 and hqrt to cme via sip. you need a ipip gw to do protocol/codec 
translation.
   
  even from h323 to h323 you might want to do address/dn number hiding, this 
could be acheived via ipip gw. in this case it has been configured via hqrt
