Vir Assume that the end user has in the controlled devices the correct phone Assume the in the phone settings the owner is the correct user Did you add in the cups the specific user to has a deskphone? Did you configure the cti application user in cucm and also in cups?

The following was done... -verified the end points are registered -user is associated with the line -rebooted the CUPS server -redid the entire integration twice -still no good . I get the following error message ..in deskphone (CTI) in the show server health "Partially Connected(Primary) - Cannot Connect to Phone" Can someone help in identifying the problem?
