all of the files that I upliad always work now.  
 
Hmm, curious why we need to trigger it like above ?

Try going to http://172.120.64.10:6970/sb.txt

If that doesn't work, check http://172.160.64.10:6970/filelist.txt to see if 
that file is even listed.
