Everyone, Just got the book. Dont buy it Unless you are just now starting to learn what wireless is. I think there are more in depth deeper knowledge books out there, I hope at least. This is more of a hmm starter up book it seems, kind of thin for a Cisco book and doesnt go as deep as I would have hoped. But looks great on my ever growing book shelf of CBooks. Just my 2 cents.

Also, for the current blueprint, it has several features that aren’t available in the 4.2 train (like VideoStream). If I was preparing for the written exam, or just beginning preparation for the lab, I would take a look at it. I did look at it after I took the lab the first time, which was a little late. But, I had a Safari subscription, which made it easy to look and see. If you’re preparing for the written or starting lab prep (which I know you – Kelvin, Stefan, and Darby – are not), Safari is a good investment. The book covers protocol overviews and design aspects, but does not deal with configuration. In my opinion it’s a good source for theoretical knowledge, but not really connected to the practical exam.
