Thanks Michael, good tip. Jeff figured out my particular issue was caused by – using an AP with external antennas, which doesn't support OEAP. I appreciate the input, though!

I want to setup an AP in OE, which I've done in my lab before. But this time, when I convert the AP to H-Reap and let it reboot, I get the "H-REAP" tab for the AP but the section for Office Extend is missing. It has "VLAN Support" and "HREAP Group Name", but then nothing else on the page. I've read through the config guides, watched the IPX VoD, and checked multiple other "walkthroughs" to see what I'm missing. But each time, I just see the AP converted to H-REAP, reboot, and then check the box in the H-REAP tab (which is how I remember configuring it previously as well).
