Yes. Never just assume trunk=CoS. Trunk basically means you now have a choice. But the choice could easily be DSCP.
One of the safest choices for an HREAP AP with local switching is DSCP. That ensures that you never lose a marking. If you trust CoS, you will lose markings on all centrally switched WLANs and on the CAPWAP control traffic. The risk with DSCP on an HREAP port is that you allow wireless clients on locally switched WLANs to get elevated markings once their traffic hits the wire. If you want to enforce WLAN maximum values on locally switched WLANs, then you need to choose CoS. But understand what you will be losing with CoS.
