Postdoctoral
positions are available to study the structure and function of protein
complexes involved in post-transcriptional regulation of gene
_expression_ and RNA silencing. The projects are part of a collaboration

Max-Planck-Institute for Developmental Biology, Tübingen (Director
Dr Elisa Izaurralde), and of Molecular Structure and Function at the
Max-Planck-Institute of Biochemistry, Martinsried (Director Dr Elena
Conti). Applicants must have extensive experience in molecular
biology, protein purification, crystallization and structure
determination.
A wide variety of core services will be available, including: computational biology, mass spectrometry and protein crystallization.
The positions are initially available for two years with possible extension for up to five years and are funded by the MPG (Max-Planck Stipend).
