Hi all,

I'm looking for examples of structures pre- and post-refinement, to use in an
illustration in a small text on crystallography. The purpose of this
illustration is to demonstrate how an initial model can differ significantly
from the final refined structure (at least in places).

The problem, of course, is that recent structures that we've solved were traced
with ARP/wARP into MAD maps, so the initial structure was pretty damned good,
with no marked differences pre- and post-refinement. And as for the older
structures with which we were involved, well, the coordinates for the initial
traces are mouldering on a TK50 somewhere, as might as well be on the moon...

Does anyone have any nice examples? Naturally, anything that is used will be
done so with appropriate attribution.

Thanks,

Pat Loll
