Hi Ute

not a direct answer to your question, but you could also consider making mutants to avoid glycosylation.  If glycosylation sites are NXS/T then TA or SA mutation might help

Dear all,

I am trying to get an overview over deglycosylation recipes. Any
good tips
about which enzymes to use and which procedures to follow and
controls to
perform are welcome! Also references are interesting to me.

I promise to prepare a summary of the tips at the end!

Cheers,

Ute
