Is such a search already implemented in a server? This
would be particularly interesting to those who do
homology modeling. As far as I know, most online tools
(such as the FASTA server at EBI) browse for sequences
by comparing them to the SEQRES record, and therefore
if someones search for a His-tag they will return a
huge list of PDB codes which do not actually have
these residues modeled in the structure.
