> I presumed these were intended to set peptide link restraints > Unfortunately I did not notice by eye One click on 'validate geometry' in Coot immediately pinpointed the problem (I really start to like this program although my senile XtalView paws are hard to re-train). This also was a good 1.5 A structure where the absence of restraints did not lead to instantly obvious chaos, just suspicious distances. I bet if we hack through the PDB we can find more of those....
