One click on 'validate geometry' in Coot immediately pinpointed 
the problem (I really start to like this program although my senile 
XtalView paws are hard to re-train). 

This also was a good 1.5 A structure where the absence
of restraints did not lead to instantly obvious chaos, just suspicious
distances. I bet if we hack through the PDB we can find more 
of those....
