Why 1300 Euro and not 1000 ?
You won't have the time to spend the money :-) So you don't need to care
for more than your rent :-)
And you can buy a lot of greek wine for the rest.

I'm not sure 1300 in spain is a good salary. In major cities like
Barcelona and Madrid renting a house can get quite expensive
Any way any where in western europe, 1300 is not a good salary.
Perhaps in Polen or Estonia it can be great...
