Hi Ronnie, I got yesterday your same error message: I had x11 in bash and so since I had sourced everything in my .cshrc, I was trying to launch ccp4i in a terminal window (which was in csh shell). Then I changed shell in x11 from bash to csh (chsh command) and ccp4i suddenly appeared. I hope this can be useful for you cheers stefano ----- Original Message ----- From: Ronnie Berntsson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Wednesday, October 18, 2006 4:00 pm Subject: [ccp4bb]: Problem installing ccp4 on mac os x (intel) To: [email protected] > Hi, > > I have a problem installing ccp4 on my MacBook (Mac Os X 10.4.7, > intel processor). After installing ccp4 via fink (and all > dependency > packages), I can't run ccp4i.
