Charlie, Yong, If you have two domains but only one structure, running normal mode analysis (elNemo server or phaser) might be worth doing. If you find a normal mode that you believe corresponds to reality, you could then use this information to define a hinge between the domains and calculate angles. Andreas > Y. -F.
