Hi folks:

With much help from Jack Howarth (who is Biological NMR Facility managing director at Univ. Cincinnati) I've made a ccp4 6.0.2 fink package that will work with the upcoming gfortran release as well as the current one, and have tested it both on intel and ppc (passes all run-all tests in the $CCP4/examples/unix/runnable directory. Thanks to jack, all the dynamic libs now appear to work right and the fortran compiled with gfortran is optimized at -O3. If you are interested in Jack's changes, you can find them in the following patch file: http://fink.cvs.sourceforge.net/fink/dists/10.4/unstable/main/ finkinfo/sci/ccp4.patch (there is other stuff in there too, sorry.) I've made a separate package for cctbx (apart from phaser, which will be built in the ccp4 package).
