>sounds like you might want to try Chainsaw within CCP4i. It isn't available >for Windows (unless this has changed recently), but works fine in Linux. For info, Chainsaw is ported to Windows (as of 6.0). It allows use of manual alignment, and does renaming to protein of interest, but it is not a true modelling program. Other programs mentioned in this thread, e.g. modeller, are probably more appropriate. Cheers Martyn
