Dear All I am running refmac5.3 on ccp4 version 6.0.2 gui. I did not want to calculate a map but I still get this error: "There is no filename for parameter MAPOUT1. The ccp4 program is liable to fail. Please enter a filename and run again. The job does not run when this No filename for parameter MAPOUT1 comes up. I saw a patch for version 6.0.1 to fix this problem is there a patch like this for version 6.0.2? Why is it asking for MAPOUT1 when I do not want to calculate a map? Thank you all in advance.
