I have recently installed QNIFFT on an SGI machine and
am trying to use it to calculate the electrostatic
surface potential of an RNA structure.
The installation went fine and I am able to run the
program, but I keep getting this message- "error
reading the radius file".
The radius file I am using, came with the program
itself and looks fine to me, but does not work.
Does anyone have any suggestions about how I could fix
this?
