PBS phoshate buffered saline (Phosphate + NaCl) not suitable for zinc  
binding proteins
BBS borate buffered saline (Borate + NaCl) wrong pH for zinc binding.
BTW ? (? ? ?) No idea what this is. Charles, do you know if it includes  
HEPES or Phosphate?
