I can't help you for scaling using HKL2000 as I don't know how to proceed with 
this soft.
However, I assume that you can export the output of integration in .sca from 
HKL2000.
In such a case, you can then combine the two files corresponding to your two 
data sets in pointless and then scale with scala.
An alternative is to process and scale your data with XDS and XSCALE.
