Dear All,

Sorry for the off-topic post. I am looking to overproduce a protein for crystallography purposes in /Saccharomyces cerevisiae/. Nobody in my lab has ever overproduced a protein in yeast before so I need to try producing a control protein first. Does anybody know an /E. coli /or yeast protein which can be easily produced in /Saccharomyces /in large quantities please? Thanks for any suggestions.
