Hi all,

Sorry for the non-CCP4 question. I am looking for a type I transmembrane
protein in yeast, which resides on the plasma membrane instead of ER or Golgi.
A quick search in the database returns a large number of transmembrane proteins
with multiple TMs or targeted to various compartments. It would save us a lot
of time if it happens that someone knows such a protein from yeast that has a
single C-terminal transmembrane helix and is localized on the cell membrane
with N-terminal outside of the cell. Thank you very much for your help.

Zhen
