Dear All, We have a RNA binding protein with structure known. We want to dock a RNA molecule to the protein structure, and we roughly know where RNA binds to the protein. Which program does a better job (generally speaking) in the following cases: 1. RNA is rigid; 2. RNA is allowed to change conformation.
