Specifying the explicit path did the trick (this is what I get for being lazy
and using shortcuts). In addition, I tried the durin plugin and that also
worked.
For anyone who might have encountered this issue—both of the following
expedients fixed the problem for me:
1) Go to:
https://strucbio.biologie.uni-konstanz.de/pub/mac_bin/
and download the dectris-neggia.so file. Place it in the directory of
your choice
(and be careful when you specify the path in your
“LIB=/…path…/dectris-neggia.so” statement).
2) Go to:
https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/durin/releases/tag/2019v1
and download the durin-plugin-macos.zip file
Unzip it and place the durin-plugin.so file in the directory of your
choice.
